Welcome to 3 Little Pigs BBQ. These Terms of Use govern your use of our website, ordering platforms, attendance at our pop-up events, and any other interactions with our business. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Three Little Pigs BBQ
Three Little Pigs BBQ is a pop-up barbecue food business operating at various venues and events throughout California. We are not a fixed-location restaurant and our availability, locations, and menu offerings may change at any time.

2. Eligibility
By using our website or purchasing from us, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Some menu items (including alcohol, if offered) may have additional age restrictions in accordance with California law.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to availability. Menu items may sell out at any event.

• Prices are listed at the time of ordering and are inclusive of applicable California sales tax.

• Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and may accept cash at select events.

• Where pre-ordering is available through a third-party platform, the terms of that platform also apply.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any person at our discretion, in accordance with applicable California law.

4. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the nature of freshly prepared food, all sales are final once food has been prepared or collected. However:

• If an order is incorrect due to our error, we will make it right at no additional charge.

• If a pre-ordered event is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• No refunds will be given for customer changes of mind after food has been prepared.

• Concerns regarding food quality must be raised with our team at the time of the event.

5. Food Allergens and Dietary Information
Our food is prepared in an environment where common allergens including gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, and shellfish are present. While we take care to accommodate dietary requirements where possible, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of any allergen in our products. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. Three Little Pigs BBQ is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to disclose known allergens at the time of ordering.

6. Event Conduct
Customers attending our pop-up events agree to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of other customers, our staff, and the event venue. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any individual from an event who:

• Is behaving in an aggressive, abusive, or disruptive manner

• Is intoxicated or under the influence of substances

• Violates any venue or event-specific rules

No refund will be provided in the event of removal for conduct violations.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and social media channels — including our name, logo, photography, menu designs, and written content — is the property of Three Little Pigs BBQ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Our website or social media may contain links to third-party websites or ordering platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Use of any third-party service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Three Little Pigs BBQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, attendance at our events, or consumption of our products. Our total liability in any matter arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Three Little Pigs BBQ, its owners, staff, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your conduct at our events, or your violation of any applicable law.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
